The 99-day money-back guarantee applies to the Helios sun line — our UPF 50+ sun-protection shirts and hooded shirts. Every other WindRider product carries our standard 30-day return window. Ice and rain gear are also backed by our lifetime warranty against defects.
How it works
- Order any Helios sun shirt.
- Wear it. Fish in it. Sweat in it. Wash it. Put it through a real season.
- If you're not satisfied any time within 99 days of delivery, email support@windrider.com and we'll send you a prepaid return label.
- Once it reaches us, we refund your original payment method in full.

Questions we get
Q: Can I return it if I've already worn and washed it?
A: Yes. That's the entire point of a 99-day window — you can't judge a sun shirt without putting a season on it.
Q: Do I need the original tags or packaging?
A: No. Tags aren't required.
Q: What if I just need a different size or color?
A: That's an exchange, and it's free. Email support@windrider.com and we'll get the right one out to you.
Q: How long does the refund take?
A: We process it as soon as the shirt arrives back with us. Your bank typically posts it within a few business days after that.
Q: Does this apply to my ice suit or rain gear?
A: Those carry a 30-day return window plus our lifetime warranty against defects. The 99-day guarantee is specific to the Helios sun line.
Q: What about international orders?
